Our practice group is proud to teach new midwives in a nurturing and supportive environment. We will always ask your permission to have a midwifery student involved in your care. All students work and learn under the direct supervision of a senior midwife. The student’s learning and the many benefits of having a student involved are greatly enhanced when you and your family embrace and welcome their participation. Most clients feel that students have enriched their experience. If you have any questions or concerns about having a student join you in your care, please feel free to discuss this with your midwife.
